Subscription & claim eligibility
Clear rules keep claim volume, subscription access, and historical work aligned.
Eligible dates of service
Claims must have a date of service (DOS) within an active, paid subscription period, except for the approved first-subscription lookback or a separately paid historical backfill service.
First-subscription backfill
First-time subscribers may submit claims for DOS within the 60 days before their initial subscription start date. This introductory lookback is available once per practice. Earlier DOS require a separately quoted, paid historical backfill service. Payer filing deadlines still apply.
Dates during a subscription gap
Re-subscribing does not make DOS from an inactive period eligible. To submit those claims, your practice must first pay the monthly subscription fees for the applicable inactive months.
Monthly claim allowances
Claims are counted by monthly billing cycle. Starter includes 150 claims and Pro includes 400 claims per cycle; additional claims cost $0.75 each. Annual subscriptions have monthly caps, not a pooled annual claim allowance.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No refunds are issued for that period.
Re-subscription cooldown
A three-month cooldown starts at the end of your paid subscription period. The same practice cannot re-subscribe during this period, including through a different account. Current pricing and offer eligibility apply when you return.
One-time setup fee
A one-time US$99 setup fee applies when your practice first subscribes, in addition to the selected subscription price. This is a setup fee, not a recurring monthly charge.
One practice, one identity
Each practice is uniquely identified by its NPI and Tax ID combination. Creating another account does not reset eligibility, claim limits, introductory offers, or subscription history.
Frequently asked questions
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can continue using your plan until then. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
Can I re-subscribe after cancelling?
A three-month cooldown applies after your subscription ends before the same practice may re-subscribe. The cooldown begins when your paid subscription period ends, not when you request cancellation. Re-subscribing does not restore eligibility for DOS during the inactive period unless the applicable inactive months are paid. Current pricing and offer eligibility apply when you return.
Can I submit claims for past dates of service?
First-time subscribers have a one-time 60-day lookback before their initial subscription start date. Older DOS require a paid historical backfill service. DOS during subscription gaps require payment for the applicable inactive months. Payer deadlines still apply.
How do timely filing reminders help?
Timely filing reminders help your team keep track of approaching submission deadlines. Your practice remains responsible for verifying each payer’s requirements and submitting claims on time; reminders do not guarantee acceptance or payment.
